Corning Place Communications (CPC), the public affairs and communications firm located in Albany, today announced it has added Chyresse Wells, APR to its team of strategic, media and communications specialists.
Wells joins the team as a Public Relations Strategist. In that role, she will develop integrated PR strategies for CPC’s growing roster of clients which include corporations, colleges, not-for profits, financial institutions and first responders.
“Chyresse joins us as the communications field continues to evolve at a revolutionary pace, said Paul Larrabee, APR, Managing Director of CPC. “She brings to the firm frontline experience that combines one-on-one work with the Capitol press corps with cultivation of social media communities that range from digital news rooms to internet cafes.”

Following her graduation from Plattsburgh State University she worked as communications and web strategies manager for the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce where she oversaw marketing, social media and other communications efforts. She earned an accreditation in public relations (APR) in July 2017.
“Corning Place Communications is a strategic communications leader and the expertise of their partners is unmatched,” Wells said. “I look forward to collaborating with the accomplished and respected professionals at CPC, while sharing my experience in both nonprofit and public service sectors to help our clients achieve their goals.”
